Report Array
The following diagram depicts an example of the array of reports that results from the first two stages of the process. These reports are validated in stage 3 of the Components of System Development and refined during stage 4 .
In this example, the shaded reports in the diagram will be produced both on a system-wide and for each individual operational location, e.g., a one--stop center. The Quarterly Front Page Performance Report and the Annual Report are generally created only on a system-wide basis.
All of the reports except the Annual Report are depicted below. These
sample reports illustrate the possibilities for using a variety of formats
to display the measures.
