Customer Surveying

The Charter Oak Group, LLC has vast experience in the development, administration, and analysis of internal and external customer survey information for use in performance management, continuous improvement, and program evaluation efforts. We are currently working with the US Department of Labor Workforce Excellence Network to provide technical assistance to states in implementing the customer satisfaction requirements of the Workforce Investment Act.
