Decision Support Services
The Charter Oak Group, LLC provides an array of services to support decision making, from working with organizations to clarify and structure problem solving efforts, to creating integrated information displays to assist decision makers. We can also facilitate two-day, structured "decision conferences" for critical organizational problems or problems that require a high degree of consensus and buy-in.
