The Charter Oak Group, LLC, under contract
with the Connecticut Office For for Workforce Competitiveness and
in cooperation with the Connecticut Department of Labor is providing
technical assistance to Connecticut’s local workforce investment
boards in the area of performance contracting. This forum site is
intended for state and local workforce staff with contracting responsibilities
to share questions, concerns, comments, suggestions, and best practices
related to performance contracting, and to serve as a means of sharing
information regarding the technical assistance provided by the Charter
Oak Group.
