Fixed Fee (with progress payments)

• The contractor is paid for making progress toward an output (unit of service), a quality output, or an outcome
• Examples:
  ___% of the fee, when a participant completes training
  ___% of the fee, when the participant scores 85 or higher on the final examination
  ___% of the fee, when the participant is placed in a job
  ___% of the fee, when the participant has stayed on the job for six months
